超声波清洗器的维护方法(英文版)

Before you use this instrument, please read following items and instructions carefully to avoid personal accidents and damage of instruments.

1. Put the cleaner in a clean, dry environment without intensive corrodible gas, particularly during operations, and prevent intense shake.

2. Remain enough cooling space for the vent discharging heat.

3. Assure a good grounding for cleaner to avoid any accident.

4. Don’t put your finger into cleaning liquid when it works.

5. Mustn’t turn on it without any liquid, you must pour enough liquid according to the instruction into tank.

6. Objects shouldn’t touch the bottom of tank, it is better that put the objects on the meshwork frame or in the parts basket. 

7. Cleaning liquid can’t be strong acid or alkali. Inflammable liquid is not allowed either unless safe.

8. The temperature of cleaning liquid will rise when operating, so you might use the cleaner continuously less than 8 hours.

9. When you find any liquid leaking, turn off at once and discharge all the liquid, then contact us without delay.

10. Mustn’t dismantle the cleaner without our permission.

11. To the cleaner with heaters, please turn off the heaters before discharging the liquid after cooling down.

12. Unplug the power cord after use in order to avoid any potential accidents.

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Summary

This desk model ultrasonic cleaner is original with high efficiency and low noise. Moreover, it has following advantages: easy operation, good cleaning effect, quick and safe etc. Therefore, it is widely applied industrial fields such as machinery, watches and clocks, optics and medicine.

 

Principle

Ultrasonic cleaning is based on the phenomenon known as cavitation.   In an ultrasonic tank, cavities (or bubbles) are formed by piezoelectric transducers attached to the bottom or sides of a cleaning tank. The creation and the implosion of cavities causes an intense scrubbing action upon a submerged object.  The size of the bubbles are microscopic, and can therefore penetrate the smallest cracks and holes to loosen the contaminants and remove them.

 

Operation

1, Pour enough liquid into cleaning tank before turning on the cleaner.

2, Insert the plug into corresponding power supply.

3, Turn on timing knob or choose the required time from 0 to 60 minutes. The cleaner may operate 2-3 minutes to degasify and remains stable after 10 minutes.

Cleaning procedure

1, Put objects into the cleaning tank. To avoid touching the bottom of tank, it is better that put the objects on the meshwork frame or in the parts basket.

2, Generally, objects will be taken less than 30 minutes according to dirt. Also, extend cleaning time properly if required, especially for the objects hard to wash.

3, Draw objects out and rinse them in the clean water.   

4, Dry objects and oil them if required.

 

Caution

1, When you wash precious or delicate objects, you should take one to check. If there is no damage, then you can clean the others.

2, If the objects are mechanical parts, you should oil all the objects after cleaning.

3, The difference of liquid level would affect the output power, thus you should find the optimal level to achieve optimal effects when cleaning objects.

4, Don’t use non-water liquid or inflammable liquid.

5, Mustn’t turn on without liquid in the tank, and keep the liquid level above 1/3 of the tank depth.

6, The temperature of the cleaner usually rise after 10-15 minutes continuously. Make sure the temperature of cleaning liquid don’t go over 60.
